We didn’t set out to build a real estate business. We set out to build a life.
Through hard work, faith, and a deep commitment to family, that life became a business rooted in service. Today, it reflects not just what we do, but who we are and the legacy we hope to leave.
Leovy:
In the late 90’s, my husband Robert called with unexpected news. A coworker’s wife was looking for a lending assistant. He knew I had always been drawn to real estate, even though we had both spent years in the grocery business. It was a leap, but one I was ready to take.
I started as an assistant, but I treated the role as an opportunity to learn everything I could. Before long, I was building a business of my own. What kept me engaged was not just the work itself, but helping people solve problems that felt overwhelming to them. Buying a home is rarely simple. I found purpose in helping clients navigate those moments with clarity and confidence.
A lot of that drive comes from my parents. They immigrated here and worked tirelessly to create a better life for our family. Watching them shaped how I think about work. You do not wait for opportunity. You build it.
Over time, the business grew steadily. Eventually, Robert joined me. Together, we expanded into both lending and real estate before focusing on sales. That decision allowed us to guide clients through the full process with a deeper level of understanding. My lending background still plays a role today, helping us find options others might miss.
Even as the business grew, our priorities stayed the same. We raised four daughters and made a decision early on that we would be present. We showed up to games, school events, and family moments. There were times when work followed us, but we never lost sight of what mattered.
Looking back, those choices defined more than our family. They defined our business. The discipline and consistency we built at home are the same qualities we bring to our clients.
Robert:
For 16 years, I worked in the grocery business and expected that to be my path long term. But as Leovy’s business grew, it became clear she needed support. One night, we sat down and looked at the numbers. Hiring someone would have meant sacrificing income we depended on.
The decision was simple, but not easy. I stepped away from stability and joined her, trading a steady paycheck for the chance to build something together.
Growing up, I remember wanting things that were just out of reach. My parents provided what we needed, but I knew there was more to strive for. That
perspective stayed with me. When I entered real estate, I saw it as a space where effort could create opportunity without limits.
It became clear quickly that our strengths complemented each other. Leovy brings structure, organization, and attention to detail. She ensures every part of the process is handled with care. I focus on relationships. I enjoy getting to know our clients and helping them feel confident in their decisions.
Over the years, we have worked through every type of market. We navigated foreclosures during the downturn and experienced the intensity of the COVID market, where homes would sell almost instantly. Those moments were not easy, but they built perspective.
Today, that perspective allows us to guide clients with a steady hand, regardless of the market.
Our daughters are grown now, and our family has expanded to include grandchildren. We remain closely connected. One of our daughters has joined the business, and we see the opportunity to extend what we have built into the next generation.
At the end of the day, the business matters. But what it has allowed us to build around it matters more.
As high school sweethearts, we have built our lives side by side, learning how to combine our strengths in a way that serves others well. That same partnership defines how we approach real estate.
When you work with us, you are working with two professionals who bring different perspectives to the same goal. Every client benefits from that balance.
We have lived through many of the same transitions our clients face, from starting a family to becoming empty nesters. Because of that, we understand that buying or selling a home is not just a transaction. It is a decision that carries real weight.
Having spent most of our lives in this community, we bring a level of local knowledge that only comes from time and experience.
Our role is simple. To guide you with clarity, communicate honestly, and help you make decisions you can feel confident in long after the transaction is complete.
Sincerely,

Leovy Albarado
